I recently found Caroline on Youtube and began watching a couple of her videos on Projectors. I quickly realized that she wasn't just repeating the same jargon that every other HD teacher repeats in their content, but she went even deeper and validated a lot of the same experiences and feelings I had been feeling throughout my HD experiment.
I appreciated her honesty and real life examples.

I was so pleased that within the first few minutes of our session, I truly felt deeply seen and that was what I really needed.
I had lots of questions and avenues I wanted to explore and she flowed with each of them seamlessly, she immediately adapted to my level of knowledge and experience and gave me guidance that I actually needed and wanted.
I left that meeting with a notebook full of things to test out and feel through.
The next day I made some of the changes she had suggested and felt a new sense of inspiration and excitement that I had not felt in a very long time.
