Your HD chart shows us your potential, but to live into that potential, you need all the other stuff.
You need to know why stuffing your sadness down is stopping you from feeling the joy built into your design.
You need to know how to safely work with anger so you can say 'no' to other people when your Inner Authority says so.
You need to know why a mindfulness practise is both wonderful and not enough when it comes to processing the crap you’ve been through that is literally blocking you from living your design.
